CRNA posting through CompHealth

One of the job opportunities as a CRNA that I found was through Comphealth, a reputable recruitment agency for healthcare professionals.  What I really liked about this listing is that it offered a position in a Florida hospital, and I really prefer a hospital environment versus a private practice type setting.  However, what I liked most was the variety of cases and the opportunity to move up to a higher pay/position.  The incentives were great and included annual raises, student loan forgiveness, and flexible shifts.  While most of the postings I found were pretty limited in the types of cases seen at their surgery center, this job actually allows you to pick your schedule based upon what cases you want to see, and range from simpler ortho cases to more complicated neuro cases.  This really prevents a job from getting boring or mundane and allows for one to further advance their skills and experience.  Even with great pay, benefits like a pension, paid leave, and paid insurance, they stress that new grads are welcome and that the position does not require you to be on call, work nights, weekends, or holidays.  The job offered an immediate start, so it was perfect for people who really needed to start working.  Even though this is not a chief CRNA position, I think it is an excellent job to gain valuable experience while being able to make great pay ($160,000 annually), have excellent hours, and I would love to find a listing similar to this after finishing school.  I think CompHealth makes it really easy to quickly find relevant and reputable jobs in the healthcare industry.
